5 places in Nashville for a mocktail during sober October

The calendar has flipped to October and people are looking to give their livers a break from the summer parties. If you are observing sober October, or just looking for a place to get a great non-alcoholic drink in Nashville, check out these 5 spots for a mocktail.

Anzie Blue

Anzie Blue recently released a whole line-up of non-alcoholic cocktails, headlined by "The Creamsicle". Orange juice, pina colada mix, coconut syrup, garnished with an orange slice. Check out this Instagram reel where they showcase the entire mocktail menu.


The popular SoBro restaurant Husk, offers a few seasonal mocktails to pair with their exceptional food. Pictured here is the new non-alcoholic beverage called "Plum 41". Smoked plum and shiso shrub, grapefruit juice, savory tonic and sea salt.

Nicky's Coal Fired

Known for their coal-fired pizza and homestyle Italian food, don't sleep on the bar program at Nicky's Nashville. In the past they have had creative drink menus, including The Office themed cocktails, and also offer mocktails. Featured here is their Ginger Lime Mint Spritz.


Located on the rooftop of the new Grand Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Nashville, Lou/na is the place to go for a mocktail with a view. Pictured here is the "Bee in a Bonnet". Lemon, honey, habanero cucumber, soda.

Pinewood Social

Rounding out the list is a Nashville drinking institution, Pinewood Social. Although they are known for their extensive seasonal cocktails and large format drinks (drinks that serve up to 8 people), they also offer spirit free options for anyone who is powering through sober October.
